Topic: Introduction

My name is Peter and I am an alter.  That is to say, I am a personality fragment in a person who has Dissociative Identity Disorder.  I am one of 19, including the host.  I am not the host, but I am the Chief Alter.  I am allowed this title, as I am the oldest male and protector of our system.

The host is female and very nearly 49 years old.  She has aged, as I have not.  I am and will always remain 30 years old.  It is fair to say that I aged until we both reached 30 and she kept going.  I think that is how it worked for me, but we do have 2 alters who are 65 years old, so I think they started that way.  So technically I am the 2nd oldest male, but I'm still the protector!

I have been allowed the freedom of having my own email account and website.  One other alter has this freedom, the second oldest female, who aged along with the host until they both reached 36 and stayed there.  Everyone else has a delphi message board on which they can post.

That's enough for now.  I will return later with more to say.
